REFUND POLICY

NO CHARGE UNTIL APPROVED
You will not be charged until an independent licensed healthcare provider approves your prescription. If your intake is not approved, you owe nothing and no charge will be made to your payment method.
COMPOUNDED MEDICATIONS
Due to the nature of compounded prescription medications, we are unable to accept returns of DEEP BREATH™ once it has been dispensed by the pharmacy. This policy is required by state pharmacy regulations and is in place to protect patient safety.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at [email protected] and we will work with the pharmacy to resolve the issue.
SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION
You may cancel your subscription after the first two billing periods (2 months for Monthly Plan; 2 quarters for Quarterly Plan). To cancel, log in to your account portal or contact our support team. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
We do not charge cancellation fees.
TELEHEALTH CONSULTATION FEE
The telehealth consultation is included in your subscription plan at no additional charge. There is no separate consultation fee.
