We collect information you provide directly to us, including your name, email address, date of birth, state of residence, and health intake information. We also collect payment information, which is processed securely by Stripe and not stored on our servers.

We may also collect technical information such as IP address, browser type, and usage data to improve our platform.

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use your information to: facilitate your connection with the independent Telehealth Provider; process your subscription; communicate with you about your account; comply with legal obligations; and improve our platform.

Your health intake information is shared with the independent Telehealth Provider for the purpose of clinical review. READY does not use your health information for advertising purposes.

3. HIPAA NOTICE

Health information submitted through the READY platform may be considered Protected Health Information (PHI) under HIPAA. The independent Telehealth Provider is a HIPAA-covered entity and handles your PHI in accordance with applicable law. READY operates as a Business Associate where applicable.

4. DATA SECURITY

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information. All data is transmitted over encrypted connections (TLS). Payment information is processed by Stripe and is never stored on READY servers.

5. YOUR RIGHTS

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at [email protected]. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA.
